About these estimates. These figures show the likely scale of cost. They are an estimate, not a binding quote. They are based on Partners Life's indicative premiums for $100,000 of life cover at ages 35, 45 and 55, with the in-between ages estimated from those figures. The 55 and over group uses the age 55 rate, so the real cost for the oldest members may be a little higher. The member numbers come from your 2026 survey (140 responses) scaled across about 1,300 members, and because age and gender were recorded separately, the male and female split within each age group is an estimate. The figures assume every member is a working electrician. For a scheme this size, Partners Life would normally set a single rate that applies to everyone once they have the real member details, so the final pricing may look different. We will confirm firm numbers once we have actual member dates of birth, gender and occupation.
An indicative quote from Partners Life for your 20 head office staff. Choose the level of life and trauma cover to see the total annual cost.
All 20 staff are automatically covered at this level, with no health questions.
About this quote. This is an indicative quote from Partners Life for your 20 head office staff, dated 2 June 2026 and valid for 30 days. Cover is automatically accepted up to the levels shown, so at $100,000 or $200,000 of life cover and $20,000 or $50,000 of trauma, every staff member is covered with no health questions. At 2 times salary for life, 2 staff would need to answer some health questions for the part above the limit, and at 1 times salary for trauma, 12 would. Trauma can be set up as accelerated, which reduces the life payout if it is claimed, or standalone, which pays on top. Final pricing is confirmed once a start date and full staff details are provided.
